HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
For Orders place between Now and December 25th, Kooba will accept returns* for items purchased on the Kooba.com store until Friday Jan. 5th 2018 for a refund and until Friday Jan. 26th 2018 for store credit. Returns received after Jan. 25th 2018 will not be accepted.
Kooba will accept returns* for items purchased on the Kooba.com store within 10 days of delivery date for a refund and 30 days from delivery date for store credit. Returns received after 30 days from delivery date will not be accepted.
*No returns are allowed on Final Sale items.
International returns - The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes or brokerage fees. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we issue you a refund.
All returns must meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, all tags must be attached, all accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no rips or tears, no other signs of being worn all original packaging and hangers must be included.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). You can request your RMA # with the form below or email us at [email protected] Please fill in all information in the form below including the Reason for the Return.
HOW WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
Once a return arrives at our warehouse it will take us 7 to 10 days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed and your credit issued.
Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order and customer.
Returns are processed during business hours Monday - Friday.
